DEAR SIR,

Thanks for yr New Year Greetings. I also thank you for improving the vsnl internet services at lot last year. Previously we had lot of problem even in connecting to vsnl. This problem is no more with installation of additional lines.

But there are some other manageable issues which need to be addressed like blocking of `xxx'(pornographic ) sites. Otherwise our our youth will be misled by viewing these sites. Also if these sites are not blocked parents etc will not encourage the internet for fear of their children viewing these sites.

Awaiting your kind reply in this regard.
