Sometimes if you are searching for information you may want to trun off the graphics to expediate the process of search as graphics take time to load. Here is how:

1. On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
2. Click on the Advanced
3. There un check the box "Automatically load images"
4. Click OK.

This covers some of the customizable aspects of a browser. Again we would emphasize that this discussion has been in terms of Netscape Navigator. Similar customizations can be done with any browser you might use.
