deleted cannot be recovered.

Ans: You do not need

Q15: My E-Mail address ends in @vsnl.net. Can I get a short mail ID? Ans: Your e-mail
ID is already short. You don't need to get a short mail ID.
Q16: How can I create my homepage with VSNL?

Q17:What username do I have to specify in Outlook Express / Netscape Messenger? Ans:
Ans: The part of your e-mail address before the @ symbol. For example
if your e-mail address is xyz@vsnl.net then your user id for Outlook Express
would be xyz. Q18: Does VSNL support roaming? Ans: All VSNL accounts will work in Bangalore, Calcutta, Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi & Pune. You will need to give your complete e-mail address as your login name. In other cities, where BSNL is the operator, your account may or may not work. VSNL.NET accounts work only in the six above mentioned cities. Q19: Can I telnet into my server to change my password or other details? Ans: VSNL does not support telnet to server. Your connection would not be accepted. Q20: Can I get a Shell Account? Ans: VSNL has discontinued Shell Accounts, since TCP/IP accounts have now become affordable.
